Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Fire Protection Service Sales Operation Manager to lead business development and account growth in the Harrisonburg region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales management, customer relations, and knowledge of fire protection systems or building services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Manage and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and client engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, property managers, and facility owners
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals, bids, and contracts for fire protection services
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience as an Operations Sales Manager in fire protection, service/inspections, or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of total fire protection service operations
- NICET Level II certification
- Knowledge of fire alarms is a plus
- DPOR state license for backflow testing/repairs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
