Full Job Description
Veterans Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is responsible for promoting and selling fire sprinkler inspection, service, and repair solutions to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their fire protection service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Promote fire sprinkler inspections, service agreements, repairs, and system upgrades.
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements to clients.
Read design and print layout.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship management..
Document all sales activities, including calls, meetings, proposals, closed sales, and lost opportunities.
- Provide regular territory sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Education & Qualifications
- Background in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related sales experience, preferably in fire protection, construction, or service-based industries.
Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems industry standards and codes.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related CRM/sales software.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, driving, and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
